It kept getting harder and harder to find clothes that fit me and that I liked. Was tired of not liking what I saw in the mirror. Knew it was time to make a change.

Get rid of those people that will judge. You don't need them. I like open diaries because I like trying new foods and might help give people ideas if they're not sure on what to eat
-
Main thing was counting calories. And switching junk food for healthier options
-
Sweet things. Harder when you live with people that fill up the kitchen with sweets. So much willpower required hahah

Agreed! Starting was very hard for me but it gets easier and you'll actually enjoy it! Well least hope you do. Hard to stick to sonething you don't enjoy

Meal prep. You can prep a whole weeks worth of lunches and bring it with you to work. It would definitely make it easier for me to stay on track by making what I'm going to eat ahead of time. You can prep breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners, whatever you need.

Yes fat loss is my goal. I'm already at healthy weight so losing pounds isn't a big deal to me now but I do want to lose inches of my waist. I mainly do cardio but been trying to add strength training into my routine. I'm terrible at counting macros hahah always seem to go over my goal for carbs

I'm always reading different things about this subject. Some say just keep counting calories while others say to count macros. So I was wondering if it would help my weight loss if I counted macros since I don't have much to lose
