My breakfast is the same every day of the week, it consists of .. 300ml skimmed milk, 2 scoops of whey isolate, 70g of oats and 1.5 tablespoons of 100% natural peanut butter (blended of course)

I'm addicted to sugar too, as soon as the lid comes off that Ben & jerry's tub I'm not moving til it's gone, maybe throw in a few cookies too

If you hit 405 this year that would be amazing. Women pulling 500+? I'd be happy with a 500 being a man haha. Currently at 210kg, not sure on the lbs, maybe in the 460lb range

That's some nice numbers. I'll be worried about that now, well soon. I start my cut on the last week of March so scared my lifts may get weaker

That's not weak at all man, I know people who've been training years that can't get a 180kg (405-ish) deadlift so kudos man.

If you deadlift more than most men at the gym then I salute you massively, what's your PR? I also think that sumo is a little bit of a cheat ;) I've never even tried sumo, I'd probably end up liking them but I love conventional so much

Definitely would aim to get stronger. Along with that you'll build some mass and fill that loose skin, stretch marks are nothing to be worried about I think we've all got a few but it's nothing to hide it shows how far you've come in the past few years.

Back last year my 1rm on flat bench was 120kg @ 81.5kg bodyweight. 2 weeks ago I got 120kg x4 reps @ 86.2kg body weight so I think a 1rm test is on the cards soon. Wish me luck

Lifting is great for burning calories. Don't listen to the other stories of "lifting makes me bulky". Diet makes you bulky, plus lifting is much more fun than bouncing on a treadmill for 45 mins
