^^^^ Very solid plan indeed! I have an ultimate goal, but my monthly goals are what I focus on. I know I can achieve them, when the total goal seemed impossibly hard at first. Now I am 1/2 way there! Keep with it, even when you occasionally fall.

Did your Dr. give you info on the side effects of Lyrica? I only ask because it was like pulling teeth to get my Dr. to give me details about side effects of the thyroid stuff he prescribed, or even when/how to take it - like not to take the multivitamin I take for FOUR HOURS after, or not to take any calcium related foods…

Weighed the cashews and almonds I bring for my afternoon snack, instead of 'guesstimating' a serving size. Boy was I way off before! The scale's 28 grams is a lot different than my eyeballing a 1/4 cup! And yet it is still enough to kill off those mid-afternoon blahs.

I walk the same route every day - over 14,000 steps in about 80 minutes according to my FitBit. Since it is on a Greenbelt Trail, at the same time each day, I often see the same people.
