Everlast bags are ok. Get two or even three sets of wraps and make sure you use them every single time. 14oz/12oz gloves, I recommend 14oz gloves for bag work. Twins or sandees. Boxing shoes. Flat running shoes are also ok if you don't want to get a pair of boxing boots. I'd highly highly recommend getting a coach to teach…

Interested in this as well.

Shakes. Chicken breast. Tuna Eggs Shakes and eggs are the easiest imo.

I always recommend a routine like 5x5 whenever someone is starting to lift weights. I don't think it's wise to do just lower body movements. The 5x5 routine will help you achieve a balanced physique. No, you won't get bulky and look like a man. A lady posted a thread here today with progress pics from lifting heavy…

Squats, lunges and deadlifts. With some heavy weights.

Steam the veg. Then grill them with some seasoning. Don't cook them for too long though. It's how I started with my veg. Once I got used to them, I stopped using herbs etc.

She was being serious, count your calories and make sure you're on a deficit. Start off with small deficit of 200 cals and tweak from there. Healthy is relative. Vegetarians say eating meat is unhealthy. Vegans say eating anything that comes from animals is unhealthy. Then you got the guys that think we'll have world peace…

People most likely be getting ready for Friday night.

What he/she/it ^ said. Mix up your reps as well, heavy sets 3-6 reps 6-10, even 10-20 reps sometimes. Squats, lunges and deadlifts with a bar. Or jus follow a routine like 5x5.

Get your thyroid checked as well. Are you logging your food and getting enough nutrients in? Looks like there's not enough food on your list. That's like a meal and a half for me.

I hate going to weddings, they're like my vision of hell. I would've avoided going to my own if I could have.

There's always time op. It's jus a matter of priorities.

The viper might be poisonous bro, then she'll have two problems to deal with. Op, get to the doctors asap, this shiz isnt normal. This is most probably related to your diet, so fix that as well.

I used to have this problem. I downloaded a water app to remind me. Just like logging food here, I log my water intake. I first set my daily goal as 2litres. Now I'm drinking 4 litres a day. I fill up bottles and leave them everywhere. 1.5 litre bottles are really good, three of them a day is good enough. My skin is…

Yes you can, it's a bit slower than the usual cutting and bulking cycles though. Do a search on 'recomp' on this forum and the internets, there's a ton of stuff on it.

There's another thread on here asking "why hasn't anyone noticed I've lost 10lbs (or something)?" Humans confuse me sometimes, must be easier being a bear, just growl at humans, scaring them, and spend the day looking for food.

I use Jefit, the others didn't do it for me.

As a few posters mentioned above, you would benefit from following a set routine, like a 5x5 sorta thing. Whilst working your core and abs every other other day. Drinking a lot of water is good for the skin as well, maybe it'll help you with your elasticity. Planks, side planks, leg raises, knee raises, hangin leg raises…

If you can't afford a pt, watch some videos on YouTube. I recommend getting someone qualified to do a form check though.

Almost everyone felt like that at one point. Find a personal trainer. Stick with them for a month or two. Get them to help you with good form, a routine, and a nutrition plan. After two months, you'll be more than confident to work on your own.

Surgery might be the only option, though sometimes it's just a letter of waiting for the skin to bounce back. Just depends on you and your body really. Good job on the fat loss:) What routine are you doing in terms of lifting weights? Do you work your core and abs?

Edit, schmedit.

There's this middle aged lady at the office who's been working out for the past 6 months. I've also seen a change in her diet during lunch. She's dropped a ton of fat and looks much more confident. I wanted to tell her she's doing a good job and looks really good, but I just don't want to deal with the aggro if she gets…

Thank you guys, very much appreciated:)
