I'm the opposite, I feel like I'll throw up if I eat before training. I drink my bcaa during training though, so that does help me a lot. Don't sweat it, as long as you're getting your sessions in, it counts:)

Lunch. Cause it's my post workout meal. I usually train fasted. I get the bulk of my calories from this meal. I don't like big dinners, it affects my sleep.
