Well regardless of what people think of cops, I appreciate all of them. It takes a special kind of person to put on the uniform and deal with the scum of society. Until you have lived a day in their boots, it is unfair to judge them.

I have been going every week, but I only have one session left with my PT. still doing a lot of stretchin, strengthening, light jogging and plyometrics.
