I have been doing it as a lifestyle for over 2 years now. Originally cut from 198 lbs down to 164 lbs...currently hanging out mid 170's. My eating window is from 11am - 6pm, so 17 off and 7 on. IMO, it's hard to undercook salmon! I suppose it depends on your personal preference, but salmon should retain a vibrant pink center, and even tend towards rare for best taste. Eating overcooked salmon is like eating a "well done" steak. You can do it, but why?

Always bet on black. Good for natural energy without harmful additives, can keep you regular, and has thermogenic effect as well! Also read somewhere that black coffee can reverse (?) the damaging effects of alcohol on the liver, too. Not sure about the science behind that claim, but sounds good at face value!

False. Metabolizing alcohol takes priority over other energy stores at night, so it will only delay any real weight loss with respect to body fat.

If you want to workout at home, do Focus T25. Hard to make an excuse when it's only 25 min a day! Get it done early and you'll thank yourself.

Not sure how advanced you are and where your strength is, but putting your feet up on the bench does a lot to engage and isolate both the core and chest/arm during bench. Definitely don't recommend it with super heavy weight if you aren't used to it, though...
