  • I would really like to join. I am 45 and have lost 60lbs. so far by using clean eating techniques, drinking water and walking. I would love to know all I could though, from others, since my body just isn't responding like in the past.
  • You are very welcome. Oh...eating this way has also helped me get healthy! I can run and walk where I couldn't before.
  • Try looking up "Full Plate Living" and also "The Superfood Swap" diet. Both are super healthy, balanced and help you learn how to eat well. I have had a consistent weight loss of 2-3 lbs. each week for about 4 months now. I have lost 60lbs.
  • Please be careful and just eat healthy foods! I have dealt with an eating disorder in the past. I got myself down under 100lbs. VERY, VERY, VERY unhealthy!   • One serving size of couscous cooked in veggie broth and two over medium eggs. Also...a "smoothie" made with a few handfuls of different fresh fruits found on sale and water, pulsed in a mini food processor. I guess it's more like flavored water....sometimes add almond milk or reg. milk if the fruit would taste good with it.
