Good luck on your journey! Make healthy choices daily, and track your food intake. The weight will come off, and you'll start feeling like a million bucks! Really....track your food intake! That's the most important and best thing you can do. Eat more vegetables, fruit, lean meat, whole grains, and dairy. For exercise,…

Good morning, and hello to you too. Have a safe and healthy holiday! Oh... and the saying on your shirt made me laugh.

Wishing you much success on your journey! You've got this! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and make good nutrition choices. Set realistic achievable goals daily/weekly, and you'll be at your goal weight before you know it!

Absolutely!

Focus on other aspects. Do you like the way you feel? Are you exhausted all the time? Do you like the way your clothes fit? If you were to go shopping, is there a large selection of your size. How is your overall health? You don't have to focus on what you see in the mirror if that's not enough motivation. Focus on…

You can add me if you like, and good luck on your journey to great health. If you keep your nutrition on point and stay within your calorie allotment, the weight will be melting off you like butter.

You can add me if you like. I'm set to lose 1 lb per week, and I've lost 5.6 lbs in 4 weeks. I have 20 lbs to go!

You just stop. You decide that what you're doing isn't going to get you closer to what you want. Log your food, and move your butt. Exercise actually helps with the emotions you're most likely feeling. Channel that anger into burning calories.

Please talk to your cardiologist/primary care physician regarding your medications and appetite. He/she may be able to lower your dosage and or switch you to a different medication where loss of appetite isn't a side effect. If changing your prescription isn't a possibility, there are medications that are used to stimulate…

Feel free to add me as well!

I love it! I walked the track for an hour this morning in 90 degree weather and issued a step challenge to my friends so I worked out on my treadmill later to get more steps. I feel awesome today!

You can do it! It sounds like you have a game plan, and that's half of the battle. Keep your nutrition on point as well, and that 70 lbs will be melting off you like butter. Best of luck on your weight loss journey!

Congratulations! My boyfriend and I have been discussing getting married in Jamaica sometime in the next couple of years. He hasn't proposed yet, but it's in the near future. I've been married before, and I completely understand wanting to lose some pounds before your big day. It can get very stressful at times, and I…

Diet pills are heavy duty diuretics that stress your kidneys. They are just not worth it! Please don't look for a quick fix. Do the work the healthy way, and then you can be proud of your results.

Look at old photographs of yourself, and see the progress you have made. Buy a new outfit, get some new music to workout to, try a new workout, get a workout buddy, sign up for a 5K or 10K.....
