Put some almonds in a baggie in your purse. A hand full of almonds always helps me get thru the day. You can even put a few in your pocket and snack along the day.

an old boyfriend gave me the nickname, puddles because every time we went for a ride on our motorcycles it would rain and the nickname stuck. When we were creating an old email address puddles was taken so he added the 1450 on the end. It represents the cc's of my motorcycle engine.

It doesn't hurt to reward yourself every now and then. I think I will try the coffee ones, once I hit my 5% goal at WW. I've got a couple more pounds. I will eat them, journal them and move on!!
