We practice a rigid difference between quarantine and isolation. Quarantine - for persons who may have been exposed due to travel or interaction with a known case. That can be institutional or self quarantine depending on the circumstances. Isolation - in a designated facility for persons who've tested positive. No…

That's a relief to know there's scope for proper treatment inhouse. Let's hope it works.

I feel your pain. Almost had surgery for that about 20 years ago, but tried a nstural remedy instead. Olive oil and lemon juice to pass the gall stones out, the Blackroot tablets as a herbal treatment for restoration. Didn't really believe in it, but there's a big difference between $100.00 and maybe $10,000.00 at that…

This morning I skipped breakfast because I ate a lot at a relative's house late last night. Biggest regret ever. I was soon feeling so hungry at the office today. We're not camels, so do not store excess food from one meal time to the other. I'll have my three regularly spaced meals per day thank you.

Are there any rules governing this? In my country if you're isolated because of a positive test, you aren't discharged until you've had two consecutive negative tests a few days apart.

You're correct, and it wasn't a self diagnosis. But they aren't suggesting.medication yet, so I guess the exercise and diet route is it for now.

Thanks very much. About 10 years short of 65, but I guess your advice still applies.

My cholesterol readings are always better than perfect, but the blood pressure is gradually creeping upwards over the last two years. Higher than ou t was, but not yet high enough for doctor's concern.

Often hear this claim of "don't have time for breakfast", but how much time do you really need? Breakfast doesn't always have to be a big cook up. For me it's often a bowl of cereal with cold milk, a slice of toast with jam or marmalade, and a cup of tea.

I like this. Very simple, just a little bit more than I would do.

Not sure if the Kellogg's campaign worked. I almost always eat cereal for breakfast, but it's almost never Kellogg's.

This is amazing. Quite the opposite here. Supermarkets disinfect their shopping trolleys before allowing the next customers to use them. Many retail stores do temperature checks at the entrance, and a larger number insist on spraying your hands with sanitizer on the way in. Masks are 100% required.

My bosses are younger than me, but more old fashioned in their thinking. One day they abruptly stopped the Work From Home and called everyone back to the office. They're the sort who don't even like sales staff working on the road. Never comfortable with any staff who aren't visible all day in the building.

Congratulations on your efforts. Awesome!!
