Hello! I'm a 35 year old mother of 2 girls and 2 boys ranging from college all the way down to elementary school lol. I'm on a journey to lose 100lbs.... 61lbs down, 39 to go! I will add you :)

I am 35 years old, 5'5 and I have lost 61 lbs so far. The pic on the right I was 250lbs. 189 in the second pic. From a size 22 to a size 16. I still have 39 lbs to reach my goal.

I have been going thru the same thing! Saw my doc and all blood work came back ok. I started a multivitamin and using shampoo with tea tree oil to help stimulate my scalp and I can tell it's helping :) it still falls out ( mostly in the shower) but since I stared the multivitamin and tea tree oil it's getting a lot better..

Thank you and yes the confidence is great! And the fact that I've went from a DDD bra down to D has taken so much strain off of my back! I swear pretty much the entire 50lbs came off my chest lol....

Yes I can still do cardio when I'm not in a lot of pain, but I miss the strength training so much. I think it helps my self image to know I'm building muscle because I have some problem areas of loose skin like on my upper arms..
