Restaurant eating is a guess - I agree with the above poster. Even a "healthy" salad option can be high in calories because of the dressing. Everything seems to have tons of butter, oil, sugar, salt to make the food taste amazing.

I agree with the posts above, it simply takes time. Keep up the good habit and endurance will come naturally, you won't even notice right away, it will become apparent after you look back at your time logs, You dont Log all your sessions, Just a few now and again.

With days like that, I would go with a meal replacement like Soylent, Joylent, or Super Body Fuel - skip the junk foods and go the easier healthier route.

Soylent is the best I have tried, vegan and complete nutrition at a lower cost than others I have seen. Low glycemic index value as well.

Soylent and Joylent meal replacements keep me full. Additionally, if I just need something to hold me over for a couple of hours after work and before dinner I drink Muscle Milk Light, 20 grams of protein at only 100 calories.

I have been having some issues for the past month. The thing that always gets me is, once I exceed my calorie goal - I use it as an excuse to continue eating often leading to a binge. One day at a time! I did good on Friday, binged Saturday but have been on track for Sunday and Monday. I wish you well!

I too have been feeling super hungry as the day grows shorter and temperatures get colder. I too wonder if our bodies are trying to layer on fat in preparation for winter when food would historically be scarce and harder to find.
