Hi all! This’ll be my 3rd month joining the challenge, and its definitely kept me motivated. I’ve hit the halfway mark to my UGW, and hope to continue to lose the rest by the end of the year (or be within 10-15 lbs from it). Good luck to everyone!

I'll use it if I think something is ridiculous for someone my age to do, or if I wake up one day and it hurts to move. I'm just about 30 with a gimpy knee and ankle, and a questionable lower back (thanks child birth and mass weight gain) so yeah, I'd say I do feel pretty old sometimes, but it doesn't stop me *shrugs*

I haven’t lost much weight either, mainly inches. It does bother me a little, but I try to think of how much more defined certain places will be once I lose the rest of the weight.
