100 cal snacks are very easy to find. They might not all be individually wrapped for convenience, but they are there. You just have to do the work and look. I'm a little boggled at the fact that if our portion sizes at restaurants are "obviously" larger than other countries, why would you make the conscious decision to eat…

Mom of 4 here! Ive got about 70 lbs more to lose. I try to log everything I can here, and I also keep a written log as well, and have noticed I get off track at least 3 times a week (which is why I've been flip-flopping between the same 5 lbs. I am dead set on reaching my first major milestone of being under 200 lbs for…

-May 10- I haven't checked in here since the end of January, and funny enough, thats how long I've been flip-flopping between 205-210 XD. I am determined to hit 199.9 by the 1st of June!! CW: 205.0 Loss: 0 (based off last weigh in) 5 to Onederland!

Stress knocks me off and it takes me about a week (or two depending on how bad it is) to get back on. I'm definitely a stress eater, and its something I'm trying desperately to change.

Recognition is nice, but having even accomplished what you did is even better. I'd be careful though, your sister sounds like she has the crab mentality, and if it gets to you too much you might find yourself being sucked right back in. The next time weight loss comes up, either table it, or change the way you perceive it.

It's okay to say "No" in a marriage. Changing your eating habits is a one way street. To have support on that journey is a gift, it is not a given. Yeah, it sucks, but that's reality. I wanted a gym membership, but my husband told me I didn't have time to workout because I have to take care of our 4 kids, while he goes to…

Do you premake any meals, or snacks? Maybe try having a cabinate for yourself thats filled with healthy snacks and explain to your husband that that one cabinate is specifically yours. I know that I have to put my stuff in a certain area and everyone knows not to touch. Also try changing your mindset on how you view the…

Starting over. Stress eating got the better of me that past few months -_-; SW: 230 CW: 221 GW1: 190 22 to Onederland

My biggest meal is usually lunch, because thats when I feel the hungriest. Eating big in the morning makes my stomache upset, and eating big at night makes sleep difficult. Plus eating light at those times gives me room to fit in my fruits and veggies.

Hi! And Welcome! It's up to you on when you'd like to check in. Once a week, twice a week, every other week... its pretty easy going here so everyone can take things at their own pace :]

6 people in the household definitely makes laundry my least favorite chore ! Favorite would have to be dishes. It's like my little thinking space.

Awesome job!

I can see how that'd be wicked frustrating, but you've got this! Maybe start taking your measurements at the beginning of the month, so if you find the lbs aren't dropping you have a different way to check. For all you know, you could very well be gaining muscle and losing inches and not even realize it.

My dad / his whole side of the family is like that. Culture-wise, it's considered rude to decline food, and they never want guests (especially family) to leave hungry, so visiting is always a battle (especially since it smells and tastes amazing! >.< ) Co-workers and friends though, I always have something non-perishable…
