Thank you! :) I'm continuing with a solid diet and training to get leaner, I have a few things coming up that I need to train for, I'm doing a 22 mile swim for charity and a notorious British obstacle course called Tough Mudder amongst other things so I'll be switching as and when I need to for that.

**Slight update** Final weigh-in of 2016 has been and gone, down another 2.4lbs, giving me a final total weight loss of 116.2lbs for the calender year!

That's great! Keep going with it and it'll pay off, I go really hard when I'm in the gym which isn't got everyone, but regardless of time frame it'll keep getting better for you, my blood pressure alone is proof of that.

Right now I do a minimum of 5000 steps a day as this can add an extra 200 calories + on to your daily allowance, so my lunch hour is a bit more fun.
