Height 5'5.5" Start Weight 182 lbs Age:28 3rd Pregnancy Week 36: 212 (+30) I know I'm crazy late getting into this game, but I feel bad reading everyone else's and never contributing, haha. I've definitely gained more than I had hoped, but I found that with the craziness of life and morning sickness, tracking what I ate…

I still can't decide if it's welcome or unwelcome, but I'm starting to get tired of people telling me I'm barely showing. It's true that most of my outfits have been pretty loose-fitting, but even when I hold my shirt against me to show how massive my bump actually is, most of the time no one believes that I'm actually 32…

I finally got mine today at 13 weeks 3 days (life has been crazy)! Yay!!! Haha It was so crazy to see such a "big" baby at my first scan. For my others I went in right away and just saw a little smudge. I'm in love. ❤️

@phreekles Congratulations!

I just finally figured out what you're talking about (by following your directions, haha)! That is cool! I was looking under every setting I could find. Except the actual food diary.

So precious!!! I can't wait until I get mine!

@karen_thinmint Caffeine free is a great idea! Thank you! And I'll definitely try lemonade, too. :)

Has anyone tried the UnderArmour UA band?

I was really crazy about chicken for a week or two before I got home and started taking prenatal vitamins. Now chicken always sounds good, but I'm not so insane over it. I had some cravings for potatoes with my first pregnancy, and I can't remember what it was I really enjoyed with my second, but I have never experienced…

This is so encouraging! I'm only a few weeks in, and doing okay, but I'm two pounds higher from vacation, and on the days I feel sick the only thing I can handle are carbs and protein (usually just chicken). I'm having a hard time getting veggies in, and I'm so tired that I haven't exercised more than one walk so far. I…

I'm hoping that some of my family will be able to come down and stay with my older two. I'm pretty confident that my sister will, since she'll be living in the area for a little bit before the baby comes. If not, I'll ask a friend, I guess.

Hey, I am almost in the exact same boat! I actually found this thread by searching for "Pregnancy" because I'm just feeling a little lost. My goal was to lose at least 5 pounds a month until October, and then see where I was and where I wanted to be after that. I had about 25-30 pounds I wanted to lose. Then we went on…

This might sound crazy, and maybe this only applies to me, but are you getting enough protein? When I started running I was in constant discomfort, and was getting plenty of potassium, staying hydrated, being very good, lol. One day my grandma took me out for a steak dinner, and it was so good that I had the leftovers for…

When I was working up to being able to run a 5k, I rewarded myself for reaching the halfway point with a fun workout shirt, and my reward for reaching the end of the program was matching leggings for the race. When I reached the end of a weight-lifting and squat challenge I started, I rewarded myself with a nice…

Remembering where I was when I started and how good it feels to have come this far (even though I have a ways to go) helps me. Also, similar to what Heather said, when I have zero motivation I try to just get myself to do one simple thing (usually take a little walk). Something is always better than nothing, and even if…

Hi, I've never done anything in the forum, but I thought I'd check it out today and saw this post. I can totally relate! It feels like one little splurge has me craving only junk and feeling like all of the energy is sucked out of me. It's discouraging, but now that I know it happens and can be overcome I can fight it…
