I would like to get to 190 and start working out in the gym and get toned up.

Started @ 231 lbs and now I'm 208 lbs 5'11 33 yrs old I've been back for a little over 1 1/2 months 2 at max. I really dig what your saying and it's very inspirational/motivating. I would love to be y'alls friend if that's ok?!

10 - 4 I will definitely be hitting my goal from now on and be safe . I was being to aggressive to lose weight fast BUT now that I know I've been sacrificing muscle , this train is turning around.

Says my calories a day are about 2,100 to lose 2 lbs per week , I average about 1600 - 1800 .
