Thank you. I'm all over the place with working out. I do more strength training and calisthenics - not typical cardio. Examples: plank, crunches, weight lifting, kettle bell squats, farmers carry, push ups.

I got the rash too. I had to stop wearing mine in the shower and at night. I'm in the market now for a new one. I'm trying that moleskin idea!

I had a friend swear by it and she is an elite athlete. I was impressed that she was actually challenged by it. I also heard the same about them scaling workouts so anyone can do it. Good luck! Let us know how it goes. :)
