  • @CassieGetsFit2013 I've had a few MRI's. They do usually give you headphones to block out some of the noise and that's how they talk with you. You do have to lay still while they record the images but it's for a little while and then you can relax. Then they take some more images. They walk you through the whole thing.…

  • I know I'm not getting in enough water so I should probably go with that first. My trainer had me do a challenge where I drank 8 to 16 oz of water before each meal and/or snack. I did eat less when I did that. Guess I should try it again.
