Awesome guys! I will try and put a sheet together this weekend. We can start on Monday.

@kasey39 Try the low sodium versions, or make your own soup. If you look in the food section there are a lot of great recipes for soup.

@janetay01 Thanks. MIL has dementia, and is super lonely. We have a hard time getting her to remember to do anything, and would really have no clue about boundaries. We do, take at least 1 night just the two of us to go roller skating. That helps some. How did your fight with calories go? I hate my email box as well.…

This happens to me when I do my daily walk. So much so, that I am now running. I feel like I am not moving fast enough if I don't run.
-
I could probably do something for our team if everyone/anyone is interested. It wouldn't be put together like Hawkins does, but I could make a tracking website, and maybe we could take turn putting challenges together. Let me know if anyone is interested.

@Bex953172 Take a deep breath! Walk in the house, I do this a lot, or look on you tube for a walking video. Aim for Maintenance today or run up and down the stairs. (For 1 pound loss they do 500 calories less than your maintenance to reach allowed calories a day.

Got home after a 15 hour day, realized I had only gotten in half of my step goal, and no considerable activity on my Fitbit. So I walked for about an hour and a half in the house to get my steps and activity in for the day. I really just wanted to go to sleep.

@ShyCush6 Great NSV! My guy likes to snack all night in the evening, gummy bears, worms, twinkies, pudding... you get the idea. I try to leave some extra calories, so I can snack a little with him. @evamutt it is so hard to change habits, and if they are habits you have had for life it makes it that much harder. You can do…

@Tazieisland Thank You I just wanted to let everyone know, that they usually will leave the group open so if you want to continue checking in here you can. I enjoyed working with all of you guys on our journey to a healthier us.

@kasey39 Yeah it is about 3000 -3500 calories per pound. Most people on a bad day will eat between 3-4000 calories, so maybe a pound gain. It is when you start having days on end where you are going over. A lot of people also like to do their calories as a weekly total rather than a daily total. So if you were to have 1500…

@rachel0778 Dinner was great. I always try to celebrate my kids’ accomplishments in school. I want them to do better than I ever did. I am also very jealous of your lazy Sunday morning. It seems like my life never stops. @bluepoppies777 Sounds like a great weekend, and love the positivity. Perhaps it is because you know…

@MissionEnforcer If you decided to extend it can you add my name back on?

Was in the van grabbing groceries for the kids to carry in, and my pants slowly slid down over my hips. Almost mooned the whole neighborhood and kids. Luckily I caught them before they fell completely down. Tried on an old pair of cut of shorts that I wore when I was 19, and at my smallest weight. Tried them on as a whim,…

@rachel0778 I am glad you had a good conference. @ngolden3320 The eating everything in sight seems to be going around. Stay strong you can do it. @429jules Getting up too early sucks! Hopefully it was productive at least. @gemwolf110 Being in limbo does suck. Enjoy your week off. Don’t forget some me time! @evamutt Woo hoo…

Great job Team Six Pack! You guys did a wonderful job! Thank you to all of you who did their best, helped out on the boards and covering for your team mates. I enjoyed working with all of you guys. I hope we will have a chance to race together again!

@melaniedscott Thanks, the day actually ended up being pretty good. I was about 125 calories over (The cookies I ate) However, I went roller skating for almost 2 hours. Sorry you didn't get the job. Maybe there is something better on the horizon. @kasey39 Yes, I have issues, but am never sure exactly on my body that I…

@Skipper111 Thanks! I had no idea they were called Courgette. I will definitely have to give your lunch recipe a go. It sounds delicious. I love the mingling of different cultures on this website. :) Yesterday ended up being a rock star day for me! I made all my goals! I spent 2 hours roller skating last night, without…

@rachel0778 I like your recommitting. I need to do that too. OMG that is amazing. You are so inspiring. I could never do those lifts. GL with dinner. @ngolden3320 Taxes! Always fun. I used to be a preparer. Now I am stuck doing the BF’s, I really need to get working on those. Ugh @gemwolf110 Sounds like fun to me. I can’t…

@skipper111 what is courgette? It is great to see you post as well! @BeLLe_60 Great job on the challenges Tiffany Colleges for your son? That has got to be exciting, scary and sad and overwhelming all at the same time. My oldest is a junior this year. She is wishy washy about wanting to go to college. I was so proud of…

Looks like a running theme, I will add in. I had surgery a month ago, 1.5 weeks ago I was cleared to resume normal activities. Today during my lunch I ran for 20 out of the 25 minutes I used to do before surgery. (First time running since surgery. ) It felt fantastic.

Just a quick drive by posting. Training for the rest of the week so not a lot of time. I started making some goals for my 7K and made some smaller steps for this week. Hopefully, that will help me stay on track. @melaniedscott No need to rush, You always have wonderful things to say. Great job on the 8lbs and thanks for…

@maalea thanks for checking in and letting me know. Saves me sending a message to growl at you. LOL @Rigibann Great job on those stairs. :) Yesterday I got 2 of the 4 greens in, I had peas, and green beans, Monday I had a salad, today I will have an avocado. 1.5 miles outside.

@joan6630 I don't post often in the thread, but read it daily for inspiration, and notice the request for new recipes. This thread is great for slow cooker recipes. Also gives some great websites too. Hope it helps. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/372359/bring-your-crockpot-slow-cooker-recipes/p1

@grandmajackie Thank you. It was my pleasure. I am sad, I didn't get to continue to help the team with the challenges and time, but am glad I get to see this race through. If they do another I will definitely be down to at least be on a team.

Everyone sounds like they had such great weekends. Sorry I missed the catch up on Monday. My oldest daughters dinner party was a great success. Lemon spaghetti, garlic bread, a salad, and cake, lots of family and fun by all. Then Sunday, cleaned up, errands ran. Monday was an emergency run to the dentist. My middle son…

Good morning lovely ladies. Sorry I was MIA the last couple of days. It has been crazy busy. Saturday my oldest (17) threw a dinner party for her extended family. It was her first dinner party, where she picked the meal, made the food list, did the invites, and did some of the cooking. (I did a lot of it, but she is…

I confess I am having a hard time staying within my calorie goals, and today I DGAF. I confess, I really want to go home and go back to bed. Seriously considering it.
-
@ngolden3320 Did you make it through the day? Hopefully, you got a great work out. I think BF's mom might be better in a home, but the BF wants to keep her with him as long as possible. I understand it, but some days are super hard. @bluepoppies777 Thanks, I really do try and be as nice as possible to her. I love yoga,…

@mosey1951 Can I come to dinner? LOL probably too late now. Love everyone's job getting challenges done. Please remember to fill in your times on the sheet. No exercise for the day please put a zero on the sheet. I will be sending out email later to all those who haven't filled in the sheet or sent me a message.
