@evamutt It is great that you are getting things figured out, how often you like to eat, things you can use as a substitute, and even more gym time. Keep up the great work. I am so excited to get down to a 12-14. I am at an 18 from a 24 right now. If I get to 12-14 I will have to buy new clothes. @janetay01 Sounds like a…

@TerriRichardson112 Wow your work out looks intense. Good job on remembering the Fitbit. I had a decent day yesterday. I didn't get all my goals done, but oh well. The pot roast I made last night turned out wonderful. It just fell apart when you touched it. I meant to bring some for work today, but had a fight with the BF…

@hgsmith0920 I am envious of your time with the hubby. I get to see my SO every evening, but most days he is to worn out to do anything after work and the weekends, all it seems that we do is go go go… @janetay01 Happy belated birthday. Sounds like you had a great time with your parents. Great job voting. @clicketykeys…

@wikkidwanda Great job! I used to have to pace my living room to get my final steps in. (Still do on occasion)

@danelutza19 Sounds like a lovely day of rest planned. I am sure it is well deserved. I ended up semi-resting yesterday. I just couldn't make myself do anymore at lunch/after work. Even went to bed a little earlier than normal. Good news! I checked the official times of my 7K from this weekend. I actually broke my PR by…

@twins4ever79 Anyone can join, you pick your steps/milage and how you want to complete them. Some are doing running, bicycling, or walking. Most people have a tracker that they wear like a Fitbit, or garmin. If you don't have either you can down load a free app on any smart phone. Just search pedometer. You should find a…

I have been doing this for almost a year now. (11 days until then) I've lost 50 pounds. My tips Make small changes. First it might be to just log your food, it doesn't matter how much you go over just get in the habit of logging. (BTW, I don't use a scale. I figure if I get to the point I am stalling then I will, but until…

@rachel0778 Sorry about the party, Great job getting back on the horse though. You make me tired just listening to your days. Good job on the cupcake. I award you an award for resisting the cupcakes. It is an invisible medal you can hang on your wall. @evamutt Hope you find a class that works for you. I have the same…

@kenda2427 I am glad you are having a better day. I love your goals for the day. Nice way to ease into it. I had a great day yesterday! Made almost all my goals. My BF texted me right before I left work and asked if I wanted him to pick something up from work instead of cooking. I told him that would be great. He knew I…

@clicketykeys I hope you are enjoying your “Weekend”. @hgsmith0920 Thank you! That M is still too tight, but I will make it to a comfortable M one of these days. Yeah, I hate when I can’t walk at lunch too. The break room is indeed boring. I try and keep a book with me for those times. Glad you will mostly work at the…

@Kenda2427 I don't blame you for taking the day off. I am glad you took time for you. Things will get back on track in a bit. I am sure none of us are stressing about the spreadsheet. We all know you are having a rough time right now. @TerriRichardson112 Thanks for always being a great cheer leader for all of us. Your…

Well I had a super busy weekend! I did my 7K, managed to run maybe 1/2-3/4 miles. Not as much as I wanted, but not bad considering I didn't do anything for the last 2 weeks. That morning, you get a t-shirt when you pick up your packet. I asked for an extra large. Got back to the van and put it on. It felt tight along my…

@hgsmith0920 Awesome job on the weight loss. @Evamutt That is fantastic. I will pray he continues to have good health. Great job on the lunch. There are several free aps you can get on your phone that track your steps. Just search for pedometer. Only thing is, you have to keep your phone on your body. @musaniac Welcome,…

@Kenda2427 ((((Hugs)))) there is no need to apologize for your feelings. They are perfectly normal, understandable and necessary! Anyone of us would be feeling the same dealing with what you are dealing with. I am so sorry that you are going through the loss of a loved one. It is even okay to not be on track right now. You…

@rachel0778 I know what you mean about tradition. Somethings are worth changing. I loved your derby pic! I hope the meeting went well last night. @clicketykeys. No alarm, I have a Fitbit that keeps track of activity in an hour. So when I am at work I write my steps down every hour to make sure I get the minimum steps. I…

@mari_moulin Man you make me exhausted just reading your list of things you have accomplished. My mom is a neat freak as well. When she came and helped me after the baby was born it was awesome. She really cleaned my house and had it in top form. (Normally, I would be embarrassed, but I had been pregnant. ) So, I enjoyed…

I am in. I average about 13k a day. So I want to be crazy and aim for a half million steps this month. I would have to do 16667 steps a day! Eek! Should be fun to try though.
