I added butter, a T of sour cream and a piece of bacon to my dinner... Just thinking my cals were too low but you're all correct... If I'm not hungry I shouldn't worry about it...

I ran out of avocados!! I usually would add one to my lettuce wraps too... I have terrible luck with picking them... they are either hard as a rock or completely rotten. When I open one that is perfectly ripe the heavens open and the angels sing.

I have a sunflower seed or pumpkin seed butter I can use... just not the same as my precious almond butter... LOL I'm allergic to soy, so a lot of the nut-free butters are off limits to me. SO glad to be feeling less bloated though!!

I'm not logging in MFP anymore. I weigh/measure anything that has carbs and just jot it down in a notes app to keep a running total of net carbs. I had a 1.7 lb gain last WI Wednesday, I guess due to the bowel/intestinal bloating, and inflammation in my back, hips, neck and shoulders... This brings up an interesting point for me... how much is a "lot" and how much is a "little"? I average under 20 grams a day, and that's with eating a good size portion of veg at least twice a day...

I have my mom's old metal colander and I think of her every time I use it. Love that thing, dents included! As for the bacon grease... I bake my bacon on a pan too, pour it straight from the pan into a mason jar, then store in fridge. Can't be bothered to strain it, and there's not that much "bits" in it anyway... ;)
