Can I just point out that this is the wrong form of your/you're? ;) But seriously, stupidity is rampant. All the "protecting us from ourselves" is getting in the way of natural selection.

Salsa, hot sauce, spinach, mushrooms, and other things that only add up to less than 10 or 15 calories. I'm usually under my daily calorie allotment anyway so a few un-logged calories aren't a big deal.

Are you in the US? A lot of grocery stores (typically the higher-end ones) sell baked jalapeno chips. They're amazing. And now I want some.

I call BS on this thread.

Put down the tweezers. The skinny eyebrow trend will end around 2010.

Alcohol has calories. Don't give four years to a guy who makes you feel like you're not good enough. You'll never wear those 4" stilettos. None of them.

Great input, thanks everyone! I found the Tumaro's wraps at my local grocery the day I posted this and tried them. They're a little bland but better than some I've tried, and at only 60cal for a large wrap, that's not bad! I'm excited to try some of the others that have been suggested since my original post!

I've found that I'm more likely to snarl at people now, like my patience has diminished. I won't attribute it to being hangry (angry because I'm hungry) because I am eating enough, just not in the ways or amounts I was previously. I'm also drinking a lot less, which in retrospect I think mellowed me out (even when I wasn't…

The Wishbone EVOO dressings are great too, currently loving the caesar vinaigrette! I think it's around 40 cals per 2 tbsp.?

I didn't even think of those! Also a great idea, thanks!

I think the only time of the year I don't struggle is between New Years and like, May. I live in Minnesota so for much of those months it's too cold to go outside or do much of anything so I've got all the time in the world to work out. The rest of the year I'm just too darn social for my own good. Who wants to eat healthy…

Don't keep binge foods in the house. For me that's chips, dip, blocks of cheese, large pizzas, etc. It's a lot harder to cave in to a binge when you have to make a special trip to the store in order to do it. :) And, if I'm trying to fight "the urge" find it helps to come on MFP and look at other people's before and after…

Will someone please clue me in, what's a PP?

Ate an entire Lotza Motza supreme pizza then made alfredo (nothing fancy, just noodles and jar of sauce) and ate all of that as well. When I woke up the morning and realized what I'd done the night before I was horrified. Yes, there was alcohol involved. I'm a bottomless pit when I'm drunk.

And I also confess, this ^^^ ("this" being that I drink too much)

I confess that although I'm pretty hungover right now from doing exactly this last night, I'd still join the both of you for a G&T.

About two years ago but I still look the same. Full disclosure: it was taken in the bathroom at a bar.

A beer. Or two. It's nearly 100 degrees in Saint Paul today and a cold beer sounds amazing.

I agree with abitofbliss. Enjoy your weekends, just be super diligent during the week in between and after. I fight this battle like, every weekend. :)

I've been on Lexapro for a few years and have both lost and gained weight while on it. It may make it slightly more difficult to lose weight, but it's certainly possible. I've lost 17lbs just in the last month. (Before anyone freaks out, I've got a lot of weight to lose so 17lbs in a month is perfectly normal) I'd rather…

I confess that I ate so much sushi tonight that I gave myself a stomachache. Urf.

I confess that I'm horribly judgmental of anyone on MFP who spells "lose" as "loose". You want to LOSE weight so your pants will become LOOSE. Get it??? I also confess that I'm afraid I'll deplete a whole ocean's supply of fish at all-you-can-eat sushi tonight.

Thank you!!

I just had a blood test as a routine part of my annual physical last week and I too am Vitamin D deficient. I'm at 17 and "normal" is 30-80. Picking up my prescription for the supplements this afternoon, I'm excited to see how I feel after a couple weeks of taking it! I don't think I've experienced any side effects from…

Two questions for you. If you don't mind sharing, what was your starting weight? Did you end up with any loose skin? I'm looking to lose around 100 myself (also 5'4" and started at 275) and the whole loose skin thing makes me nervous. :) Great job btw!!!

I started at 275lbs and I can't even blame it on having kids. That was ALL me. Too many drinks, too many (whole) pizzas, too much sitting on my butt. Looking to get to 200 for starters, we'll see where it goes from there. :) My name is Holly, I'm 37 and live in Minnesota. Feel free to add me!

Didn't we just have a vitamin debate on here yesterday?
