I've not been posting as much as I should on the challenge threads. Main thing to report is that the group I started exercising with at the gym is disbanding - so I may or may not be exercising on my own again, I'll know for sure tomorrow probably. It's sad - because they really helped my motivation. Oh well. I still have…

Some people count them and some don't. Low carb decreases the appetite which means that some people eat less naturally. I personally count them because 1. I'm into bodybuilding and need to watch my macros and sodium and 2. It keeps my eating in check, because I have a tendency to binge, not because I'm hungry, but just for…

At just 23yrs, I've been through a ton of *kitten* in my life. I'm a warrior at heart - I want to look like one on the outside. I've given up on trying to impress men. So from now on I'm going to focus on getting strong enough to maul a bear...

As far as I've read on here... There's a high chance of you being in ketosis when you consume 20g or less net carbs. Very welcome to our group by the way!

There are other recipes I found for waffles... Made with egg whites and some other things I have in the house. It's the things for the ice cream and chocolate bars I don't have. But oh well. Hopefully the craving passes.

I always used to work out fasted. But these days when I do, I get nauseous mid-workout.

I'm a low carber that's upped the carbs a bit. (And before you ask... It's because I adhere to it better, and I control my hunger better with more fat) My current macros are 100ish grams of carbs, 130ish grams of protein, and the rest is fat. Most of my carbs are consumed around workouts. Calorie wise, looking at 1900, 23…

Thing is, my energy levels are fine before and during the workout. It's just after.

Happy birthday Moonkat!
