Add me as well, if you'd like. Always room for another MFP motivator.

I have my 18spd MTB hooked up to a Bike Lane Pro Trainer and I love it. I do a minimum 30 min. day/5 days a week and, besides burning calories, it's helped to relieve bursitis pain in my hips. Anyone, feel free to add me.

Welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me. I log every day and my diary is open.

I live alone so meal planning is simple for me. I'll batch cook at the beginning of the week and freeze in single-serving portions. This helps me because portion control is my biggest enemy.

Friend request sent. I'm here every day and can always use another accountability buddy.

I don't know about eating it. Even the California Avocado Commission doesn't recommend it. IS IT SAFE TO EAT THE AVOCADO SEED?

The only thing Hydroxycut will make slimmer is your wallet.

I've had the same issue with analog scales and some digital and it didn't have to be moved to see a different weight. I'd get a weight, step off then back on, and it would be 2-3 lbs different. I finally broke down and bought a high-end digital scale and the problem hasn't happened since.

Feel free to add me, as well as anyone else who'd like to. Can never have enough fellow motivators.

Feel free to add me. I'm nearing my 30-day mark and log every day. Happy to give support on your journey.

Agreed. Sure, many worked but the side effects were often unbearable. One med in particular worked great but, even at a moderate dosage, it caused major muscle twitches that were, at the least, annoying, but embarrassing when in public and around friends. It gets tiring explaining "it's my meds." And that wasn't even the…

Add me if you'd like

When depressed, I just try and force myself, though I know that's easier said than done. Usually 30 minutes on my bike trainer and I feel refreshed. It's a nice distraction. The anxiety doesn't affect my motivation so much, and when it hits I just wait and ride it out, and the PTSD so far hasn't been an issue in regards to…

I have the trifecta; depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Yes, definitely makes some days far more complicated than others.

Can never have too many MFP friends/motivators. Any and all, feel free to add me.

Healthy eating wasn't taught, per se, in my home when I was young, but it was implied in the way my mother shopped, prepared meals, and watched how much we ate. I'd ask "Can I have some more 'insert food' and she'd say "you've had enough" or "have some of this, instead." Then I became an adult and threw all that out the…

I'm originally from the bay area, born and raised in Livermore. I've been in RI the last 20 years.

I've been doing MFP solo for a few weeks now but the need for motivation is, though slight, catching up. We all can use that boost every now and then, FR sent.

I make a pot of kidney beans with bacon, garlic, onion, and sliced jalapeno peppers. I then freeze it, 1 or 2 servings per pouch. Later, when I want beans, I just toss a pouch into boiling water and a few minutes later...dinner. I do pretty much the same with split pea soup but w/o the jalapenos.

Just take it one day at a time. If I look more than a few days ahead I start to feel bleak, so I don't go there. 3 1/2 weeks in so far and I'm down 8 pounds. 27 more to go. Friend requests welcomed.

Fairly new to MFP, myself, closing in on my 30-consecutive-day mark. Add me if you'd like.

I make egg white omelettes and, depending on what I have on hand, add anything from onions to kale inside. Then top it off with a tablespoon or two of salsa.
