Some would say morning workouts are better to fuel you full of energy for the day, but I read somewhere that no specific time is best to burn calories. Just workout at the time of day that you are most likely to stick to :) Good luck :)

I am 3 days in and always feeling peckish too... my personal trainer says it is due to a metabolism boost... apparently a good thing... snack on healthier foods
