You don't! But I did-I found that I was seriously dehydrating myself, and that was in spite of having always been a huge water drinker. Now, for the most part, if I want a coffee I do an Atkins Mocha Latte. Got just enough in it to satisfy that craving for me.

It doesn't look like you're keeping a food diary? Doing so would be a great start! There's a mobile ap if you're always on the go-makes it easier to keep track(and your phone can scan all the nutrition info right in).

Yes! Pretty much every day. Sometimes things change or get rearranged, but it's so much easier if I do it ahead of time. Otherwise trying to fit the puzzle pieces together on a whim makes me crazy!

Are you updating/logging your weight loss as you're going? As our weight decreases our caloric intake drops as well. Updating your weight will reset your daily calorie allowance. Also, make sure your actually hitting your calorie goals, or coming as close to without going over. Watch the sodium intake-your body needs…

I have Atkins Indulge items on hand for when I crave something sweet, but normally I crave things like steak-which I found generally means I'm low in iron. I haven't had many strong cravings, but if I do, I go for it. Then I go work it off on a racquetball court. Works for me.

All of the above! My body normally adjusts to the heat by the end of July. I just try to stay out of the sun during mid-day to 4:00. I hit one of the local parks for dog walk/bike ride almost every morning. Walk the dog again around 7pm. Kayak every other Sunday. Racquetball a couple evenings a week. I did walk on my…
