Cottage cheese topped with 1 tablespoon honey, fresh fruit ( I like blueberries), and a granola blend of some sort. I like the brand love crunch. Also daughter showed me and I tried this but 2 eggs mixed with a banana, splash of milk (I use 2%), and dash of cinnamon (optional). Spray pan with PAM, pour mixture in, enough…

I too have been going over my daily maintenance calories daily. I've been baking goodies, receiving goodies, etc. I am in recovery from a knee surgery about 9 weeks ago, so just beginning to excercise again. I have been weighing myself weekly and last week I was up by 2 pds. So that's 2 pds gain in a week. I brushed it…

I love the feeling of smooth, soft, moisturized skin. I lotion myself every night after my shower. I have used it all. My faves that are very moisturizing are Lush's Charity Pot. Hands down #1 for me. Just discovered Soap & Glory body butters, these are awesome as well. U can use Ulta coupons on these. Always liked the…

For my left knee to be totally pain free. Had a partial knee replacement 5 weeks ago and still in pain, although it's been getting better. I do go to PT weekly and am suppose to start work tomorrow ( retail during the holidays)...yay. I just want to start working out again and begin lifting weights/squats. Luckily I've…

Pure protein bars are my fave. Love the blueberry yogurt as well as the strawberry yogurt ones. 20g protein, 4g sugar, 190 calories. For me no nasty after taste. I'll keep one in my purse for when I'm out and can't grab a meal.

I once stepped off a curb and my knee went pop and hurt so bad I could barely walk right after. I also had osteoarthritis in my knee so it hurt to walk regardless. Needless to say I thought it was associated with my arthritis and X-rays showed nothing out of the ordinary. A year later, while it still hurt on/off I finally…

Donut holes from dunkin...haven't had any sweets like that since June. I guess lucky for me they were closed or I would've given in. *sigh*

I dropped out half way through my senior year due to excessive ditching the previous years. Got my GED right away though. I have been invited to all my reunions. First thought I wouldn't because I dropped out, guess I was wrong. If you wanna go, go. I doubt anyone will have a problem with it. Enjoy life, don't let…

Goal 145 for now. It'll put me in the normal bmi range. Currently 156.5, started losing again after 5 week plateau.Just had partial knee replacement today so I switched my activity level to sedentary and my calories to maintenance for now.

Just got off my plateau that lasted 5 weeks. I didn't up my excercise as I have a bad knee. I did my usual treadmill walk for 30 mins. I read up on plateaus and decided to do a refeed. I ate over my daily given calories for 3 days. Lost half a pound but the following week I was up 2 pds. I've been fluctuating between 1-2.5…

I'm a taking it back old school. These movies watching it as a kid scared me and to this day won't watch them alone: The Shining, The Exorcist, The Amityville Horror. As an adult, I found Insidious as well as Jeepers Creepers scary. Will not watch them alone even in the daytime.

Ran errands this morning so no breakfast but had brunch...subway 6inch oven roasted chicken breast on whole grain, no cheese, avocado (good fat), spinach, onions, green peppers, olives, banana peppers. Salt, pepper, vinegar/oil. Oh, and a bag of baked lays cheddar sour cream chips. Brought my water in with me.

Congrats! That is my current goal, to be on a healthy weight range according to the BMI chart. I have 16 more pds to go. Lost 30 so far. It's pretty cool and feels amazing to go from obese, then to overweight currently. Next phase will be "normal"!!
