I have my secret stash in my room for evening nibbles when it hits... I mix coconut, dark chocolate and almonds. Like eating an almond joy. Just in a trail mix version!

I found that diet Dr. Pepper causes sugar spikes for me. Diet Coke or Pepsi have no effect. I've tried the La Croix stuff but it still has a strange un-natural taste to me. I'm good with most seltzer waters that are flavored though.

I'm not eating anything past 9pm and have my BPC made anytime between 6 and 7am depending on my work schedule. I'm slowly drinking that for an hour or two! I haven't been logging my foods lately either. I've been experimenting with IF and I hate the food diary yelling at me for not eating enough. I did log foods daily to begin with. And even then I'd get the occasional "you aren't eating enough". I keep attempts here and there to log what I eat but I'm not the best. Lol
