wouldnt like one of the watches, do they not vibrate when your targets reached? ive got a zipbit clipped on to my top every day, part from when i go to sleep

7000 was my highest on tuesday :) of course i have a medical condition, i am an rtc surviver walking on a bent bone,have tried for a mobility scooter but the doc wants me to keep walking, i have a walking stick

hi if you join weight watchers it tells you what to eat, theres a smart point allowance and fit points, its great i lost 3lbs last week
