7000 was my highest on tuesday :) of course i have a medical condition, i am an rtc surviver walking on a bent bone,have tried for a mobility scooter but the doc wants me to keep walking, i have a walking stick

hi me too got 100+ to lose, i joined this 5 days ago not sure how to add friends yet, good luck we can do this, out excersising 3 times per day with my pooch, lost 3lbs last week

hi if you join weight watchers it tells you what to eat, theres a smart point allowance and fit points, its great i lost 3lbs last week
