I actually don’t drink plain water at all due to medical issues, so, I stay hydrated with tea, Coke and pickle juice (but ONLY from Vlasic kosher dill pickle jars) No other pickle juice with do.

I didn’t even know the community side existed until like a week ago...anywhoo. I’m gonna be 46 in a couple of weeks. My diary is open. I exercise 5-6 days a week. I drink pickle juice and I spend an insane amount of time on Netflix. It’s a damn shame.

Nice introduction! You do a lot! I believe the best tool for me getting serious about being honest with my food intake was the scale. It’s quite humbling when you actually see what a serving size is versus what YOU think a serving size is

One of my favorite snacks. (You can find it at Walmart, Target (and although Aldi’s) Laughing cow cheese. One triangle is 35 calories. Spread it on your favorite veggies or a low cow cracker.
