All the Summer fruit and veggies are in now; enjoy in a smoothie or by themselves. Take bananas and apples along with you, no work. Cut up veggies/fruits night before so easy for you to grab.

Tell yourself you are not going to eat carbs at all three meals. I also love pancakes, muffins, candy, cakes, cookies etc. I will not lose weight eating those types of carbs at every meal. Hi, Sometime if I run out of time to make a salad with a protein, I will grab an apple or banana and 21 almonds. A hard boiled egg would be good to eat at the same time too. Grab baby carrots and a serving or two of hummus. That's all I got.

On Saturday I was in binge mode so had my favorite Nathans lunch. I did want to treat myself to a chocolate covered strawberry but $7.00 at Godiver Chocolates for just 1 was so overpriced that I did not get it. Instead had Baskin & Robins ice cream cone for $5.00 lol

So January 2020 I want to join the Polar Bear Club or one of the charity events that run into the freezing ocean. I need to be able to run out really quickly from the ocean so I can warm up. Need to be able to not be so stiff, achey and to get my health back.
