Day3 done. Sore as heck but it's good.

Did 5 miles today, plus 45 minutes circuit training.

Day 2 done. I split them in half and take a 5 seconds rest in between. Do as many as you can, take a short break then continue.

Didn't quite reach my 4 miles, left the house too late so it got dark on me. But, I did the 30 days shred plus the crunches and squats challenge (100 each)

3 miles walk followed by crunches and squats, day 1 completed
