Night shift is slowly killing me. I can't wait to get off of it. My old habits included eating a large meal when I got home and going right to bed. I think that may have contributed to some of the weight gain in dealing with now lol. Oh and I have two beautiful wiener dogs. They are my little loves.

I work nights and often find its easier to pack crappy food for work and eat from vending machines. Today I packed my lunch and dinner (I work twelve hour shifts) and all of my snacks. I logged everything in my diary as well.
