Thanks for all the comments. I was on the Holland America Noordam, and can only say 90% of the food was waaaay above average. Things like their bagels (I'm from NY) had no interest for me but stuff like made to order omelets with things Salmon and rare mushrooms are things I wouldn't usually have and may not for a long…

My ML is fond of saying, "willpower! forget it......none of us have it". Perhaps a way to begin is to avoid those temptations that you know you are going to fail because, like she says, we have no willpower.

I like the Cafe Steamers, too. Usually add a package of frozen veggies to increase the volume.

Not at the gym but have our own 2 dogs and a puppy I'm raising for the Guide Dog Foundation, which means rarely have a day without at least 15K steps.

Was chrisdad on WW message boards but says already in use. Been doing WW (meetings) since Feb. '03. Been at goal (198) for about 3 years and started my journey at 287.7 lbs. A confirmed meeting attender for the accountability but always enjoyed the boards when they were going strong.
