Macro tracking serves its own goal/purpose of which the goal of simply "losing fat" isnt really its intended purpose. While it will happen it isn't necessarily what its targeted to be used for. black coffee for PWO I kind of get why one would do that, but other than that I will add creamer and sugar to my morning cups to jump start my day. I drink dark roast coffees, but I read the blonde roasts are actually more caffeine so if the goal is PWO and caffeine go with a blonde roast.
