Request sent :) I've just started back again after 3 years of getting married and having two babies! I'm hoping this will the kick I need to get back closer to my pre-babies weight!

I also had a very significant gap (4 fingers) after my two babies and found physio super helpful. Try and find one that specializes in pelvic floor health and they should be able to help you.

Me too!! I have about 45lb to go to my to get back to my pre-babies weight, which I worked so hard for before! Need all the motivation I can get to help get back down to that weight again eventually :)
