Good deal. I started on the easiest program and just finished day 11. After I started on 30 day a MFP friend gave me a body resistance workout I do 3 days a week. On my off days I do 30 day. Seems to be working so far between the 2 of them. Can already feel my belly pulling in! Yay!

My goal is an hour per day, 6 to 7 days. I have 48 minutes in so far today. Will either finish up with a HIIT workout or yoga or maybe both. Good luck everyone!

Recovered some energy and did a 10 minute HIIT workout (my 1st one) and later a 16 minute hip- hip Zumba workout to finish my 60 minutes.

Day 28: Today is my rest day(supposedly). Just finished 1/2 hour of yoga. Was gonna do an hour but felt pooped. May do another 30 minutes tonight or just call it a day. I add pea protein powder, ground chia seeds, and Greek yogurt to my smoothies. Also eat almond butter cause my fat % is often low as well.

I've had a Ninja for 2-3 years and love it. I bought it at Wal-Mart for 80 bucks (over cheaper models) and would pay a lot more if and when I need to repurchase. Its fast, easy to clean, and goes in the dishwasher. Get one, you'll love it!

Have you tried 30 day fitness challenge app? You choose your level and each day another set of body resistance exercises pops up. I had the exact same experience with Freeletics. I think they want you to purchase the Coach.

Day 27: I've finished most of my exercise for today. Did a Zumba workout for 30 minutes and body resistance training for 18. Will finish my hour off with some yoga later today. Took a sneak peak at the scale this am and no weight lost this week. I'll weigh again tomorrow and hope for a few ounces.

Ended up making a giant veggie bowl for dinner. Had farro, aduki beans, zucchini, red bell pepper, spinach, carrots, onions, and crushed tomatoes with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese. Sounds like a real hodge podge of ingredients, but sure was tasty!

Finished my workouts for the day. This am I did 30 minutes of FitnessBlender (Youtube) low-impact cardio/ toning. Only my 2nd day with a more active, albeit beginner cardio(was walking).
