It's disturbing sometimes when you haven't lost weight for a week, but I assure you it is completely normal. You'll notice that you weigh yourself and still no weight lose than all of a sudden you'll go down 5 pounds. Think it takes the body a little to catch up to activity!! Keep up the good work!!

You got this!! I am very positive most days but I have my bad days as well. You can do it!! Find things other than work that make you happy!!! I have a few close friends that do nothing but bring me up when I'm down.
