6hr 57min last night. 6hr 34min of that was quality sleep, so, that's a pretty high percentage of good sleep with a total of 3hrs 28min of deep sleep. Feeling a little tired though. I seriously considered trying to get one more sleep cycle in, but I was too alert. Maybe I'll take a nap this afternoon.

My 7 day average is 7 hrs 16 min per night. Quality sleep average is 6 hrs 43 min per night. Deep sleep average is 3 hrs 33 min per night. The time I go to bed could use some improvement. On average this week I got in bed at 10:12 pm, which isn't great since I get up at 5.

In addition to what cheesus said, there are other apps that can write workouts and cooperate well with MFP. For example, I use Zombies, Run! for my cardio and I use an app called Strong for my strength training.
