I'm in same boat with the feet thing. I do 2 body parts at a time back and forth with minimal rest. This gets your heart rate up where you want it as if you were doing your cardio.

Yes great idea. It's much needed after you exert your body of essential nutrients. The faster you replace them the less likely you will burn any muscle.

The less ingredients the better all around. I'm no expert on energy drinks but unless you've researche'd all those ingredients in them you really dont know. I like to just find a healthier option I like to drink and for the boost take the caffeine when needed ;)

Honestly if it's the caffeine you need like me and don't drink coffee go buy a bottle of caffeine pills. It's very cheap way to get your boost. Drink with water that's the healthier way or I drink true lemon packets with my water. Any other questions hit me up.

It really depends on overall goals. Alot of low carb diets people lose alot of weight but majority of that loss is muscle if not properly done. It comes down to overall numbers not necessarily what's foods. Hitting those goal numbers is what's going to matter. I wouldn't worry about specific foods unless your going for…
