I love my garden. And every year I try to add more to it (I'm going for the lush tropical look). Last year, my husband had to help me dig holes. This year I broke our old wooden handled shovel. And then dug all the holes with our new one. My weight training is paying off. My husband is impressed!

I go straight from the freezer to the skillet. Medium heat and done quickly. I make mine with avocado or guac and laughing cow wedge on a high protein English muffin. Yum!

I love cheese. Especially the more expensive varieties. My solution is to buy the samples at the Whole Foods cheese area. It limits the oz's to 1 or 1.5, and I get to try new varieties.
