Wooo been a second! Hi again all! Husband and I went camping this weekend and while I made plenty of tasty and healthy campfire meals, there was ice cream, s'mores, gin and sodas, and Wendy's to balance it all out ;) ;)

I made dis roast. It was beyond all things amazing. Keto-friendly side veggies instead of potatoes and carrots. Also made creamed spinach on the side... That didn't last either lol

Maybe not "new" but some some Five Guys will actually lettuce wrap your burgers for you a la In-N-Out instead of just serving it in a bowl. MUY exciting for me!

My family is Italian and we have a recipie for spaghetti sauce literally passed down from generations. I have been craving some but since I started keto pasta is a no-go and eating a bowl of sauce just seemed a bit silly. But I solved my problem by putting it on cauliflower rice! It was delicious. A little high in carbs…

My mother in law introduced me to these. They also make a cheddar kind. They are crunchy like croutons and if you love cheese they are beyond amazing. I'm Keto so these are a perfect snack and almost perfect keto macros. I also got a giant bag at Costco for like $11.

Okay I have to ask, what is a great sweet tea? The ones I have tried only ever taste like sugar water but then people keep saying how amazing it is... I feel like I must be missing something and I keep wanting to try mystical "real" sweet tea!

I've lost about 200 as well... If you're eating a candy bar you have no idea what 200 calories is, but if you lose 200 calories from your diet it's like "Cool, I've lost half a day of food." LOL
