It's my birthday this coming Monday, and yesterday I got my gift from my sister-in-law: a pasta machine!!! I only work 1/2 shift this Friday so once I leave work I'm going to the store for homemade ravioli and meat sauce ingredients ❤️❤️❤️

Taco grilled cheese! 2% american cheese, some taco meat (ground turkey), a little mashed avocado, and a bit of fat free refried beans. We had tacos Wed night and there were only scraps leftover, so this is how I used them!

I helped my in-laws move ALL weekend and ate every carb under the sun. Feeling a little TOO off the wagon and looking foreword to being in control of my food again. That being said, making a lower-fat crockpot chicken stroganoff tonight for dinner and looking foreword to it!

Yesterday I was on a roadtrip, so it was gas station snacks for breakfast and then dinner at a local brewery. An AMAZING beer and a mushroom burger with sweet potato fries. Now trying to convince my husband he wants waffles. I count macros but I usually don't bother on weekends.

Little dark but a taco bowl made with fat free refried beans, low fat cheese, seasoned ground turkey, tomato, mild salsa, iceberg lettuce, lime, avocado and sour cream. With a couple taco shells stuffed in the side because Hell will freeze over before I stop eating taco shells

Happy that I've been holding steady at 124 and not gaining! Still need to lose the last 4 but I think my schedule is finally stabilizing that I can get back to zumba/yoga and lifting weights. It makes a difference!
