The hospital I worked at had an amazing salad bar and some great soups as well as good healthy options in the hot lines. Of course they also had the deep fried chicken strips and french fries.. It's all in the decisions we make :)

Buccinator, it sounds like you need to get your butt out here to Seattle! Get your aquarium crossed off and see the ocean! Not to mention all the other fun things Seattle/Washington has to offer! You could even get your concert crossed off while you're here! :)

Thank you everyone for the advice! I decided I had enough calories to eat a half cup of vanilla ice cream which I savored every bite of! So is it okay to have 100 calories left over or should I grab something else little before bed? My goal is 1240 intake if that makes a difference.. ?
