Absolutely, love my Vibrams! I used to get really bad knee and hip pain when I ran and after I switched to my Vibrams the pain disappeared and my running times improved. Win/Win!

I love mine. I do not wear the toe socks unless I'm doing a Tough Mudder. Don't ask why.. just accept that as my answer.

Pretty much the same here. I do listen to music though I could not tell you after my run which songs were on. Trail runs are the best. Treadmill is horrible and sidewalks are also boring but the trail runs - those are great.

Try doing measurements along with your weight/scale.. Just because the scale doesn't move doesn't mean you haven't lost something inch wise.

So I actually had the opposite problem that most people have been saying. I had to learn to eat MORE.. But that I guess is a special circumstance.

I no longer use the elliptical because it does hurt my knees. I find that the "foot pedals" are too far apart compared to my normal stride which puts weird pressure on my knees and makes my feet not feel like they are where they belong.. does that make sense?
