Yesterday I went to my first bicycle training class. We use our own bikes and the routine is computerized. The season started six weeks ago and I had to jump in. 600 calories, and I almost threw up. :# Can't wait until next week. lol

This morning (5am) I started a weekly (for now) bicycle training at a place we bring our bikes and stationary ride to a computerized routine. My legs only go so fast. And by the last 15 minutes, I thought I would toss last night's cookies. :#

I was a periodic yo yo dieter - about every 5 years I gained 20 lb and then dieted it off. Finally, my mom was dying, and I stopped looking after myself for a bit and gained 30 lb. I know I'm working on a legs challenge, but today, I upped my upper body weights because I was doing 2x 10 reps without breaking a sweat. o:)
