It's not the same weight. :) Maybe the same number of pounds. But it's different ones each time. Although, you are increasing the size of the same fat cells. On the other hand, when you build strength, you create new muscle cells. Something to think about. :D

You can reframe your week. You did walk three times and one time was for an hour. That's pretty good, when you're coming from not doing anything. Walking 30 minutes 5x a week gets you out of the sedentary classification according to ACSM. If you want to get fit, you need to add 30 minutes 5x a week, where you actually sweat.

You lose weight by eating at a deficit. Cardio will help you do that. If you want to maintain a weight loss, strength training is the way to go. And if you want to see body recomposition, expect it to take about a year.

Fitbit is notoriously inaccurate (I'm waiting to get my Apple Watch, which is finally waterproof). However, very few of my rigorous, I'm-pouring-sweat workouts, are ever more than about 400 calories in an hour (if that), according to my Polar F4 HRM.
