I drink a protein shake with a banana in it before I hit the gym. Then pre-work out and I'm set. It's like a pre-gym ritual.

My biggest accomplishment is limited or no alcohol. I was working out 6 days a week but not seeing any weight loss. I stopped that and lost 11 pounds in 20 days. Still loading.
